Feeling Like Spring
The weather has finally turned and we are enjoying some warmer temperatures this week. We had weeks of below freezing weather and all of a sudden it jumped into the 40's. It was a welcome change and we are so glad it has been sticking around for more than a day or two.
The girls got these scooters for their birthday and the timing couldn't have been more perfect. It was the beginning of the big "melt" and a beautiful day for scooter riding!
The dogs even got a walk one day while the girls were at school. I'm anxious to trim their winter fur!
One day after school we headed to a nearby bike path for a little puddle exploration and scooter fun.
It felt so great to be outdoors again after school!
And now that it is lighter later and temperatures have remained mild, the kids head back out after supper for more driveway fun.
Last night we pulled the bikes out of the shed and tried out a chalk attachment for the bikes that Mollie got for Christmas. It was a hit!
These much milder temperatures remain in the extended forecast, and we are looking forward to more outside adventures! Happy ALMOST Spring!

Wasn't it awesome??? So good! Did y'all get into the 50s too? It was SO nice here. We couldn't get enough. Of course, it has gotten a little cooler again now, but it is still good enough to be outside. And all the snow is gone! WEEHOO!!!!
