Good Idea Turned Bad
So we attempted to do a bit more Mollie proofing this weekend...in what we thought would be a good idea. We have to keep all of the bedroom and bathroom doors closed so that Mollie does not get into things, which means there is a lot of door opening and closing throughout the day. The dog dish is in our bedroom, and the dogs are always wanting to go in and out to either get a drink or take a nap. Which means scratching at the door and us running back and forth in between other chasing escapades. So, we thought, why not put a doggie door in...the doors are old and we want to replace them sometime anyway, so a hole in the door wasn't a problem. But evidently we got too big of a door...because someone figured out how the doggie door operates already. Guess who that could be?!?!?!?!?
And where there's one, there's eventually two to get into trouble...

Very funny! I'm not too worried-- she is going to outgrow that little door soon enough. Until then-- good luck on the chase!
Sounds like a perfect idea. Heck make it from this blog. I don't envy you my dear. I hope she'll get all her exploring out of her system now and decide to stay close to home when she's an adult. A mom can hope right?
