Feel Good Day

Earlier this week we enjoyed one of those days that was just "good!" and made everyone happy. The weather was nice, so we spent a lot of time outside.
And no one ran away or made me chase them around the house! Sam and I carved a couple pumpkins while the girls put rocks in containers and played "Ready Set Go" and ran and giggled and then started all over again. It was FUN:)

Sam learned how to play hopscotch and did it over and over and over again! (I have to admit, my friend Shellie taught him because I didn't know how to do it!)

Even Emmeline joined in on the hopscotch fun:) Her favorite thing right now is hopping...so hopscotch was pretty appropriate!

We even left a little welcome home note for Ed at the end of the driveway...

We watched what will soon be the last of the geese flying over our house...oh how we have loved this every fall. Especially with little ones who love to say "Geese!" Sam used to sign "more" when he saw them when he was little:)

Shellie had stopped in to drop something off and ended up staying with us for awhile because everyone was having so much fun. I tried getting a picture of her with Mollie (her Godchild), but Mollie was more interested in looking at rocks!

Here is happy Sam with the pumpkins we carved...the day after Halloween...that's just how things work around here:)

It was just one of those days...to treasure and put in our memory bank. Happiness:)
