Playing Catch-Up

Our lives have gone from being busy to being insanely busy lately. The past couple of weeks have flown by. Here are some pictures to show you what we have been up to.

We had visitors during baptism weekend (last weekend), which allowed Sam to have lots of play time with many different people. Here he is at the farm (Ed's mom's side of the family) driving the tractor with Aunt Ele and Ed's Uncle Tom. He LOVES going to the farm and driving tractors and playing with the farm cats.

Sam with Ed's Aunt Denise, Uncle Doug, Uncle Tom and Aunt Ginny.

We had some much needed yard work done earlier this week. Sam enjoyed watching and as well as "test-driving" the equipment!

All systems up and running!

The above picture is what our backyard has looked like for the past year, since our geothermal system was installed.

It has now been graded and seeded. Can't wait for that grass to fill in!

And here there was a large gravel circle that was being taken over by weeds. There had previously been an above ground pool in this area. Now we have a small fire pit area with grass surrounding it. Yeah!

Sam checking out more of the equipment!

This is the gravel circle before it was done (sorry, can't get these in a better order without problems!).

Here are 2-month pictures of Mollie and Emmeline. This is an action shot!

Sam showing off a bathrobe and flip-flops. It's his Hugh Hefner look:)

Love this shot! I hope they grow up being this close.

Big brother Sam, entertaining his sisters. He loves them to pieces!

Jess managed to sneak away for an evening with the girls...such fun to hang out with these wonderful life-long friends.

Waiting for the service to start...

Ed's sister and my friend Shellie gave Ed us the gift of watching the girls overnight so that we could sleep in the same bed for the whole night (the first time since they were born!).

Our dogs are feeling severely attention deprived. Baci enjoyed a little lap time with Uncle Doug while they visited:)

What wonderful pictures. I think you're going to have Sam driving all those farm vehicles and atvs before you know it. They are fast learners even when you don't think they're watching. LOL

I wish I was at their Christening and your girl's night.

Busy times indeed - thanks for the catch up. And congratulations on their Christianing.
